Urban Design & Public Space
Concept Pre-Visualization
Santiago, Chile

Located in the heart of Providencia, next to Parque Inés de Suárez, the Aguas Andinas site is envisioned as a new opportunity to redefine the relationship between infrastructure, nature, and public space in Santiago.
The commission consisted of developing high-realism images to visualize the future of a large urban park built over subterranean infrastructure. Based on site photography and client references, we created a visual narrative that communicates the project’s urban, ecological, and landscape potential.
The proposal includes pedestrian access points, walkable trails, hillside paths, open green areas, and an urban forest that helps reduce the urban heat island effect by lowering local temperatures. A hotel and services area is also integrated into the terrain, featuring green roofs and low-impact architecture that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
At Foresite, we crafted a visual language that connects nature, the city, and community well-being—demonstrating how infrastructure can become a living part of the urban fabric.
